To achieve a purpose, a mussel raising tool according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first raising tool having a first protrusion formed in one side to come in contact with a string coming down while being hung on a seawater surface buoy, and having a projection unit formed in the other side to have a first coupling means formed in an outer surface thereof and a second raising tool having a second protrusion formed in one side to compress the string by being positioned at the opposite side of the first protrusion with respect to the string, having a second coupling means formed in an outer surface thereof, and having a groove unit formed in one side to be coupled corresponding to the projection unit. The projection unit and the groove unit are adhered through coupling of the first coupling means and the second coupling means, and the first protrusion and the second protrusion come closer to each other, so the string therebeween is compressed and fixed. The mussel raising tool according to an embodiment of the present invention is mass-produced in a formulated shape, so installation is easy in terms of work quality, work time, and manpower costs compared to conventional field manual work. Also, installation, maintenance, and replacement may be simply, conveniently, and rapidly performed. When the mussel raising tool and a string for connecting the same are tangled while mussels are collected or during severe tide or bad weather, only a corresponding part of the mussel raising tool may be conveniently separated to be simply replaced by a new mussel raising tool.
