In an agricultural product storage system, product is stored in a bin havinga condition sensor associated therewith and a conditioning device forconditioning thestored product when activated, for example an aeration fan. A controller incommunication with the sensor and the conditioning device, operates theconditiondevice in response to the sensed condition of the product according a selectedone ofa plurality of different control functions defining different controlparameters of theconditioning device. The controller selects among the different controlfunctions basedupon the changing state of the of the storage bin.
