The apparatus has a planar hanging member with an upper support member which attaches and hangs vertically from the movable member and supports the weight of the hanging member. The apparatus has a number of horizontal plant supports at different vertical heights on a face the hanging member. The apparatus has a nutrient delivery system with a conduit which forms a loop through a path which the hanging members travel. The nutrient delivery system sprays liquid nutrients onto the plants. The apparatus has a vessel to capture and recycle unused nutrients from the vessel to the loop, and a recycle conduit to recycle any unused nutrients.
