An element for executing a blood pressure measuring function is mounted in the main body (10). A battery (53) for supplying electric power to the element mounted in the main body (10) is disposed at a portion of the belt (20) located away from the main body (10) in the circumferential direction around the wrist. A wire (19) is provided in the belt (20), extends in the circumferential direction along the fluid bag (21), and electrically connects the element mounted in the main body (10) and the battery (53). In the belt (20), the wire (19) is disposed away from the fluid bag (21) in the width direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction and extends along an edge section of the belt (20).
