The liquid is composed of an anti-freezing solution. The collector comprises a focusing lens of a transparent substance which is installed on the outside of the collector, and a reflector which reflects the solar heat that is radiated in toward the liquid storage tank by being installed around the surroundings of the liquid storage tank.
