PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic operation evaluation apparatus and an ophthalmic operation evaluation program capable of easily obtaining information about the shape of an anterior capsule incision opening.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an ophthalmic operation evaluation apparatus for use in evaluation of an ophthalmic operation on the basis of a postoperative image including an anterior capsule incision opening, the ophthalmic operation evaluation apparatus comprising display control means for superposing a cursor 83, which is for quantifying the shape of an anterior capsule incision opening included in the postoperative image, on the postoperative image displayed on display means.
