The fertilizer dispenser comprises: an inlet block which passes through and connects with a fertilizer supply unit； a driving axis which is rotatably installed inside the inlet block and rotates by a driving means； a tube member which guides a fertilizer introduced through the inlet block to a fertilizer dispensing unit while connecting the inlet block to the fertilizer dispensing unit； and a dispense facilitating member installed inside the tube member and whose upper portion is coupled with the rotating axis, and which rotates with the rotating axis to smoothly dispense the fertilizer inside the tube member downward.파종기의 비료 원활 배출장치가 개시되어 있다.개시된 파종기의 비료 원활 배출장치는 상기 비료공급유닛과 연통되는 인넷블록； 상기 인넷블록 내에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 구동수단에 의해 회전 동작되는 구동축； 상기 인넷블록과 상기 비료배출유닛 간을 연결한 채, 상기 인넷블록을 통해 유입되는 비료를 비료배출유닛으로 유도하는 튜브부재； 및 상기 튜브부재의 내부에 설치되되, 상부는 상기 구동축에 결합되어 구동축과 함께 회전되면서 튜브부재 내의 비료를 하부로 원활하게 배출되게 하는 원활배출부재；로 구성된 것을 포함하는 것이다.
