The present invention relates to a medicament for oral administration which comprises a cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor and has improved bioavailability, and a method of preparing the same. The medicament according to the invention comprises an agglomerate based on inert solid particles based on at least one excipient, the agglomerate comprising an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase-2 and at least one hydrophilic polymer, and it is such that this agglomerate comprises the spraying product on these particles of a solution or suspension of micronized grains of this inhibitor in this (s) polymer (s), for agglomerating these particles. This inhibitor is a compound of formula I below or a solvate thereof.
