PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for managing a disease state by using an ophthalmology imaging device installed in a patient's house or the like.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a patient management system includes a server and a plurality of ophthalmology imaging devices allocated to a plurality of patients. Each ophthalmology imaging device applies optical coherence tomography to an ocular fundus to generate three-dimensional image data, and transmits the three-dimensional image data to the server through a communication line. The server receives the three-dimensional image data transmitted from the ophthalmology, analyzes the three-dimensional image data to extract feature information, and performs personal authentication of a subject on the basis of the feature information. When succeeding in the personal authentication, the ophthalmology imaging device stores the three-dimensional image data in the subject's account created in advance, and analyzes the three-dimensional image data stored in the account to acquire a shape parameter of an optic disk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
