There is provided a coronary tissue graft device comprising a corneal tissue and a limiting fibrous substrate of a biodegradable polymer present around the circumference of the coronary tissue. The substrate is electrospun onto coronary tissue. In one embodiment, the coronary tissue is obtained from a vein useful as an arterial graft, such as a saphenous vein, for example, but not exclusively, in coronary artery bypass grafting. There is also provided a method of producing a tubular graft comprising the steps of depositing a fibrous substrate of a biodegradable polymer around the coronary tissue to produce a coronary tissue graft device.
