PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of attaching a safety net easily and inexpensively with a reinforcement member in a simple constitution.SOLUTION: In a ceiling part of a grain tank 7, a rectangular hole 10 for inside visibility and an openable/closable lid 11 are arranged. For arranging a safety net 12 on an inner side of the rectangular hole 10, a downward facing member 13 is arranged around the rectangular hole 10 and the safety net 12 is fastened and fixed detachably at facing two positions of the downward facing member.
