PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination suction device.SOLUTION: There is provided an illumination suction device comprising a hand-held type surgical device in which a light guide path which is not a high performance optic fiber and suction are combined. The device can be used in various surgical procedures including invasive surgery and low-invasive orthopedic surgery. The illumination suction device described in the following description comprises a metallic suction tube comprising a proximal end and a distal end connected by a central part. The proximal end of the suction tube comprises a coupler for connection to a vacuum source.
