The present invention relates to a mass production method of potato seeds and, more specifically to mass production method of axenic potato seeds not infected by virus by inducing expression of a runner by temporarily stopping growth of a potato plant by adjusting at least one among a nutrient broth, moisture, and temperature, when producing potato seeds by culturing the potato plant in a net house. The mass production method of potato seeds according to the present invention is configured to comprise the steps of: extracting and sterile-culturing a growing point of potatoes, and producing a potato plant； and culturing the potato plant in the net house and producing potato seeds, wherein expression of the runner is induced by temporarily stopping the growth of the potato plant in the potato seed producing step.본 발명은 씨감자의 대량 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 감자 줄기 식물체를 망실 하우스에서 재배하여 씨감자를 생산함에 있어서 영양액, 수분 및 온도 중 어느 하나 이상을 조절하여 감자 줄기 식물체의 성장을 일시 정지시킴으로써 복지(匐枝)의 발현을 유도하여 바이러스가 감염되지 않은 무균의 씨감자를 대량으로 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 씨감자의 대량 생산방법은 감자의 생장점을 채취, 무균 배양하여 감자 줄기 식물체을 생산하는 단계； 및 상기 감자 줄기 식물체를 망실 하우스에서 재배하여 씨감자를 생산하는 단계；를 포함하되, 상기 씨감자 생산 단계에서 감자 줄기 식물체의 성장을 일시 정지시켜 복지(匐枝)의 발현을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
