The present invention relates to a stress management system including a stress measuring unit, a mobile terminal, and a stress managing unit, and more particularly, to a stress management system capable of measuring a stress index through a hormone-antigen antibody reaction in human body fluids, analyzing the measured result through the mobile terminal, and reducing the stress index by spraying a proper scent according to the analyzed result.
