PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening pavement material which drastically alleviates a heat-island phenomenon by ground surface afforestation and can improve a landscape by the afforestation.SOLUTION: A greening pavement material makes a panel body laid on leveled ground, makes the panel body filled with vegetation soil, and makes ground cover planted in the vegetation soil. The panel body is a hollow body which has an uneven structure made of a plastic molding, the uneven structure comprises a plurality of protrusions 11 and a void 12 which is provided between the protrusions, and the protrusions 11 constituting the panel body are longitudinally and laterally connected together via bases 14.
