摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: declared group of inventions refers to medicine, namely obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used for measuring rapidly the lactation rate of a nursing mother and controlling an active expression of breast milk for those nursing mothers who use a breast pump. That is ensured by measuring a milk volume expressed by at least three pumping sessions. The first pumping session is the first milk expression during the day. The second pumping session follows the specified first pumping session. The following pumping session is conducted after the specified second session. Then a milk volume measured during the specified first session is allowed as an average milk volume expressed for one pumping session. What is also offered is a method for controlling the active expression regimen for those mothers who use the breast pump. For this purpose the mother expresses the milk every time as specified during the day. It requires measuring the milk volume expressed after each session. It is followed by regression analysis aiming at calculating a value to increase an expression interval with no risk for lactation and to present on its basis an expression notes to the mother. Besides, what is offered is a method for measuring the lactation rate of the nursing mother. That is ensured by measuring the milk volume expressed by at least three following pumping sessions. Then the milk volume least of the three sessions is specified and allowed as the average milk volume expressed for one pumping session. Besides, what is offered is a method for measuring the lactation rate of the nursing mother. That is ensured by specifying an interval when an initial high lactation rate is produced for one pumping session as compared to that for the following pumping sessions during the specified period of time. This session is to be the first pumping session, while the following pumping session appears to be the second session. The reference milk volume is measured as the mi
