FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: patient receives a therapeutic diet favouring the weight loss and providing the sufficient intake of alimentary calcium and vitamins: C, D, E, K simultaneously with orthopaedic unloading. The patient also receives the drug Fosamax® per os in the form of tables in the dose of 70 mg once a week for 6 months, the drug Artrodarin® per os in the form of capsules in the dose of 50 mg in the morning and in the evening for 4-6 months and the drug Miacalcic® intranasally in the dose of 200 IU per day in 2-week cycles with an interval of 2 weeks for 4-6 months. Besides that, the drug Milgamma® is administered in the form of solution for intramuscular injections in the dose of 2 ml daily not less than 10 times with an interval of 1 day. The drug Alflutop® is injected intramuscularly in the dose of 2 ml per day every day for not less than 20 days. Additionally, the patient receives a course of treatment which includes 8-10 therapeutic sessions each of them comprising two consecutive stages of procedures. The first of these stages includes abdominal decompression with the influence on the region below the waist on the whole inferior part of the body, pneumocompression massage with the impact on the legs, manual and vacuum massage performed consecutively during one day. The exposed regions: hip joints - lateral surface of the thighs, gluteal region and L2-L5 paravertebral zones, C7-T1 cervical paravertebral zone and sacrum. The preferable interval between the above procedures is not more than 10-15 minutes. After that, the first stage of the therapeutic session is completed by hirudotherapy using not more than 8 medical leeches per one session, which are applied on the C7-T1 cervical paravertebral zone and L2-L5 lumbar paravertebral zone, sacrum, coccyx, on the abdomen in the region of the liver, inferior part of the abdomen, painful hip regions and/or regions which changed their colour after massage.
