The present invention describes the ophthalmologic preparation especially for treatment and prevention of ophthalmologic diseases and disorders. Cette préparation ophtalmologique se présente sous la forme du support fibreux solide qui comprend des fibres hydrosolubles contenant de lacide hyaluronique ou son sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable et/ou un dérivé de celui-ci et contient en outre le polymère synthétique hydrosoluble et lagent actif, le support fibreux solide se dissolvant au niveau de son contact avec lœil.
