PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly flexible absorber in which generation of warp is suppressed.SOLUTION: An absorber 16 has a base material sheet 12 and an absorbent core 14. The absorbent core 14 contains a water-absorbing resin, a non-fibrous water-soluble polymer, and a polyhydric alcohol. The water-absorbing resin is contained as much as 40 mass% or more and 95 mass% or less to the absorbent core. The non-fibrous water-soluble polymer is contained as much as 0.1 mass% or more and 5 mass% or less to the water-absorbing resin.
