The present invention relates to an apparatus for cultivating sprouts, to germinate seeds and cultivate sprouts. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a case； a water tank to receive water supplied from the outside； a plurality of germination members to receive seeds to be germinated； a sprinkler member to spray water； a reservoir to receive the water passing the germination members； an observation plate made of a transparent material and attached to and detached from the front end of the germination members； a bubble generator to generate air bubbles in the water stored in the water storage tank； and a shield film to shield sunlight on a transparent window. Due to such configuration, germinated sprouts are cleanly grown, and a germination state of sprouts is easily observed by the transparent window and the observation plate.
