The present invention relates to an indoor vegetable garden, in which vegetables or flowers are grown indoors and can receive sunlight by being exposed to the outside when a window is opened if needed. According to the present invention, a half moon-shaped body is prepared to have a particular space and an open upper part, and filled with a soil. A transparent cover is disposed to cover an upper part of the body, and an opening and closing window is disposed in an upper side of the cover. The body and one side of the cover are inserted and fixed, and a support pipe horizontally rotated is prepared. A pump for supplying water to the body is prepared, and a water container for collecting water discharged from the body is prepared.
