Disclosed is a syringe assembly. The syringe assembly according to the present invention comprises: a syringe body including a body formed to allow a piston inserted therein to be forwardly and backwardly moved, and an injection unit formed in front of the body to have a smaller diameter than that of the body a needle assembly including a hub coupled with the injection unit, and a needle lengthily protruding to the front side thereof from the hub and a protection cover wrapping the needle, and coupled with the injection unit or the hub. A first coupling projection is formed in any one of the injection unit and the hub, and a first coupling groove is formed in the other to enable the first coupling projection to be inserted therein and hung thereon. While the first coupling projection is inserted in the first coupling groove, the hub is blocked from forwardly moving with respect to the injection unit. According to the present invention, separation of the needle assembly from the syringe body is limited, and separation between the needle assembly and the protection cover is limited. A reuse of the syringe body or the needle assembly can be effectively prevented.
