A first projection and a second projection are formed to be separated on the outer circumferential surface of the neck unit, and an L-shaped groove coupled with the first projection and a fixing groove in which the second projection is inserted is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the hub. Accordingly, the hub can be conveniently attached to and detached from the barrel of the syringe, and the hub does not irritate the skin of a patient during injection. Moreover, a safety piece for preventing rotation is formed on the protecting cap. Therefore, the protecting cap can be prevented from being lost when separated from the hub. At the same time, a user can be prevented from pricking his/her finger on the needle when covering the hub with the protecting cap.
