PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint mechanism which can transfer rotation force of high load between two rotation members arranged rotatably around shaft lines arranged in skew position relationship and to provide medical equipment provided with the joint mechanism.SOLUTION: A joint mechanism includes two spur gears 9, 10, a support member 11 which supports the two spur gears 9, 10 rotatably around two joint shafts A, B arranged in skew position relationship leaving a space from each other and a rotation force transfer mechanism 12 which transfers rotation force between the spur gears 9, 10.
