The invention relates to devices that change the method for heat treatment of canned food, both heating of canned products in autoclave and cooling thereof.The heat from the buffer tank (5), due to transition of refrigerant, for instance freon, from liquid to gaseous state, is accumulated in vapor, vaporization heat state and is transferred upon condensation of refrigerant vapors to the water in the autoclave (1). After maintaining the canned food at the temperature of sterilization the cooling is carried out by reverse of refrigerant that is by water cooling in the autoclave (1) and heat transfer to the water in the buffer tank (5). In this mode of sterilization of canned products the heat is not discharged into the atmosphere in the state of warm water, but is transferred from the buffer tank (5) for heating the water in the autoclave (1), and conversely, upon water cooling in the autoclave (1), the heat is transferred from the autoclave (1) into the buffer tank (5).Invenţia se referă la dispozitive, care schimbă metoda de prelucrare termică a conservelor, atât încălzirea producţiei de conserve în autoclavă, cât şi răcirea ei.Căldura din rezervorul tampon (5), datorită trecerii agentului frigorific, de exemplu freonului, din stare lichidă în stare gazoasă se acumulează în stare de abur, căldură de vaporizare, şi este transmisă la condensarea vaporilor de agent frigorific apei din autoclavă (1).
