The present invention relates to a device for coupling and separating a fishing tool, wherein the device comprises: a coupling member having a coupling groove in order to be coupled with a connection rope； a hollow sleeve member in which the main axis of the coupling member is inserted in order to be able to ascend and descend； an elastic member which is accommodated in the sleeve member while being interlocked in the circumference of the main axis of the coupling member so as to elastically support a portion between the coupling member and the sleeve member； and a locking means which upwardly pressurizes the bottom end of the elastic member from the bottom of the sleeve member and is coupled with and fixed to one end of the coupling member.
