The present invention relates to an emulsified liposome composition and a preparation method therefor. The emulsified liposome composition comprises a phospholipid, and the weight ratio of phosphatidylethanolamine to phosphatidylcholine comprised in the phospholipid is 3-6 : 1. In the emulsified liposome composition prepared by the present invention, the liposome has a small particle size, and thus can quickly and deeply permeate into the skin, and achieve the effects of skin moisturizing and anti-oxidation through the moisturizing or anti-oxidation effective constituents encapsulated therein. The emulsified liposome composition can be widely applied in products such as care, makeup and sunscreen products.
