1. A T cell capable of recognizing a subdominant antigen or epitope in a patient for use in a method for changing the hierarchy of immunodominance of a patient. A T cell for use according to claim 1, wherein the T cell is obtained by: a. identifying at least one subdominant antigen or epitope in a sample taken from a patient, and b. culturing T cells that can recognize the indicated subdominant antigen or epitope. 3. A T cell for use according to claim 1 or 2, wherein changing the hierarchy of immunodominance treats / prevents / attenuates infection, cancer, inflammation, rejection of a transplanted organ, or transplant reaction against a host in a patient. Use of a T cell capable of recognizing a subdominant antigen or epitope in a patient upon receipt of a medicament for changing the hierarchy of immunodominance in a patient. 5. The use of claim 4, wherein the T cell is obtained by: a. identifying at least one subdominant antigen or epitope in a sample taken from a patient, and b. culturing a T cell capable of recognizing said subdominant antigen or epitope. 6. The use of claim 4 or 5, wherein changing the hierarchy of immunodominance treats / prevents / attenuates infection, cancer, inflammation, rejection of a transplanted organ, or transplant versus host reaction in a patient. A population of T cells for use when changing the hierarchy of immunodominance in a patient, obtained by identifying at least one subdominant antigen or epitope in a sample taken from a patient and cultivating a population of T cells capable of recognizing said subdominant ant1.
