PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact blood collection base in which a sheet for covering a support surface is continuously replaced, then, a sheet role is easily and sanitarily replaced.SOLUTION: The blood collection base 10 includes: a support base 11 having an elastic deformation member 21 for supporting the arm of a person whose blood is collected the sheet role 17 around which the sheet 12 for covering the upper surface of the elastic deformation member 21 is wound in a roll shape a role storage part 40 arranged at the first end 25 side of the support base 11 and below the elastic deformation member 21 and a sheet winding part 18 arranged at the second end 26 side of the support base 11 and below the elastic deformation member 21.
