The present invention relates to a filter syringe. In particular, a syringe having a filter means for filtering foreign materials such as glass pieces of an ampoule is modified, so a syringe needle or a syringe flow path is prevented from being contaminated by foreign materials and a medicinal liquid can be smoothly suctioned through a relatively little power. The syringe comprises a syringe needle (10), a cylinder (20), and a plunger. A suctioning flow path extending from a medicinal fluid container to the cylinder (20) and a syringe flow path extending from the cylinder (20) to the syringe needle (10) are formed. A filter means and a unidirectional valve means are prepared on the suctioning flow path, and a detachable opening and closing means is prepared on the syringe flow path. A flow path from the medicinal liquid container to the filter means of the suctioning flow path is independently formed from the outer circumferential surface of the syringe needle (10) and the syringe flow path, and the syringe needle or the syringe flow path is separated from the suctioning flow path before the filter means in which foreign materials and a medicinal fluid can remain together.
