The present invention relates to a syringe with a filter and, more particularly, to a device for preventing foreign matters from contaminating an injection needle or an injection channel and especially to allow gentle suction of a liquid drug with a smaller force, by improving a syringe provided with a filter means for filtering foreign matters such as pieces of glass of an ampoule. A well-known syringe comprises: an injection needle (10); a cylinder (20); and a plunger, wherein a suction flow path extending from a liquid drug container to the cylinder (20), and an injection flow path extending from the cylinder (20) to the injection needle (10) are formed, wherein the suction flow path is provided with a filter means and a one-way valve means, the injection flow path is provided with a detachable opening/closing means, wherein in the suction flow path, the flow path from the liquid drug container to the filter means is formed independently on the outer circumferential surface of the injection needle (10) and the injection flow path so as to isolate the injection needle or the injection flow path from the suction path prior to the filter means in which foreign matters may remain together with the liquid drug, and wherein a filter means and a one-way valve means which cause a large force to be required when suctioning the liquid drug are provided outside, such that it is possible to suction the liquid drug with a smaller force than the conventional technology. As such, the present invention may maximize user convenience and the commercial value of the syringe.
