Itincludes a handlehaving a longitudinal axis and an elongate width dimension defining amidplane, and a needleportion wherein the needle distal end is located at an angle between 20 to 70degrees from themidplane when viewed along the longitudinal axis, and the angle between anaxis of theneedle end portion and the midplane when viewed along the longitudinal axis,is in the rangefrom 30 to 60 degrees.
