The portable device for measuring a skin condition according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a skin measurement unit for inputting input alternating current of a predetermined frequency to the skin of a user, and receiving carrier alternating current from the skin a control unit for generating converted data via performing a signal-processing on the input alternating current and the carrier alternating current and a wireless communication unit for transmitting the converted data to a mobile terminal of the user. The carrier alternating current is returned from the input alternating current which is applied to the skin at the specific depth a skin layer. According to the present invention, a user can understand, in real time, a skin condition at a specific point of time of a skin area that the user desires.
