PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote diagnostic system through a network, which acquires regional information of a remote location where a patient is present in addition to a health state of the patient and takes diseases peculiar to the region and diseases epidemic in the region at present into consideration, when performing remote diagnosis.SOLUTION: In a diagnostic system, a communication terminal device, a server device and a medical institution terminal are connected through a network. The communication terminal device includes transmission means for transmitting a data group including inquiry data including answer contents to inquiry contents operated by an operation part, image data on an imaged lesion of the body of a communication terminal device owner, and position data including information related to a present position of the communication terminal device through the network to the server. The server device includes means for performing prescribed processing to the received data group, and transmission means for transmitting the inquiry data, the image data and data prepared as a result of the prescribed processing through the network to the medical institution terminal.
