The present invention relates to a surgical endo-loop and peanut for one which comprises: an endo-loop (110) which forms a guide path (111) in the longitudinal direction, a cut groove (115) in the rear side, and an adjustment bar (114) in the rear end, a loop (117) by knotting (116) a suture (118), fixes the rear end of the suture (118) to the adjustment bar (114) through the guide path (111), horizontally forms guide protrusions (112) in the front end and forms a guide groove (113) in which the front end of the guide path (111) is located and a peanut (120) which forms protrusion parts (122) by pressurizing a medical fiber towards the rear side of the adjustment bar (114) of the endo-loop.
