The present invention relates to a complex composition with increased safety and efficacy for alleviating or treating algomenorrhea and, more particularly, to a complex composition for alleviating or treating algomenorrhea, which comprises aceclofenac or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the same as a main component and scopolamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the same as an additional component.
