The present invention discloses a system (1) of prosthetic supplements for dental implants including an implant support (2) and an implant pillar (3) adapted so as to provide a free alveolar space (5) that favors the development of clot and, therefore, the healing of the dental alveolus (4).The system (1) of prosthetic supplements for dental implants is provided so as to reduce time and costs associated with the application of a respective dental implant, being particularly appropriate in the case of immediate dental implants where there is a placement of a prosthetic crown (8) immediately after the placement of the implant pillar (3).The present invention further discloses a use and a method of use of said system (1) of prosthetic supplements for dental implants so as to ensure de advantages of use thereof.
