Provided is a massage apparatus that has a massage section for massaging a user, the apparatus including: a sound input section； a sound output section； and an artificial intelligence section that determines diagnosis and advice based on data accumulated at least in relation to knowledge and know-how of doctors, in which the artificial intelligence section is configured to determine at least either of diagnosis in accordance with the user or appropriate advice based on the data at least in relation to the knowledge and the know-how of the doctors, on the basis of sound information of the user input from the sound input section through a conversation with the user and outputs at least either the diagnosis or the advice from the sound output section.
