The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence smart diagnosis apparatus, system and method. The artificial intelligence smart diagnosis apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an intelligent personal assistant data input/output module which collects audio and video data about condition of a user and outputs synthesized voice required to lead a conversation with the user； a data analysis module which analyzes a conversation period with the user, a change in voice of the user, and a conversation content by using the collected data, and outputs the analyzed data； and a diagnostic module which diagnoses a changed condition of the user by using the analyzed data. Therefore, a patient in the distance can be diagnosed and monitored by using an artificial intelligence input/output device based on voice and video data.본 발명은, 사용자의 상태 정보에 관한 오디오 및 비디오 데이터를 수집하고, 사용자와의 대화를 이끄는데 필요한 합성된 음성을 출력하는, 인공지능 비서(intelligent personal assistant) 기능의 데이터 입출력 모듈； 수집된 상기 데이터를 이용하여 사용자와의 대화 주기, 사용자의 음성의 변화 및 대화 내용을 분석하고, 분석 데이터를 출력하는 데이터 분석 모듈； 및 상기 분석 데이터를 이용하여 사용자의 변화된 상태를 진단하는 진단 모듈을 포함하는 인공지능 기능의 진단 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 음성 및 영상 데이터에 기초하여 인공지능 기능의 입출력 장치를 이용하여 격지에 떨어진 환자를 진단 및 감시할 수 있다.
