Aqueous tape preparation which contains a highly crystalline pramipexole hydrochloride which is sparingly soluble in an organic solvent and has high stability and high transdermal absorbability. In the present invention, it was possible to prepare a nonaqueous tape preparation that is stable and has a high transdermal absorbability by dissolving pramipexole using a fatty acid ionic liquid in combination with a dihydric alcohol and a fatty acid ester. As a result, it was possible to solve the coloring of the preparation and the stability of pramipexole, which was a problem with conventional water-containing cataplasm, and it became possible to provide a patch (tape preparation) containing pramipexole for treating Parkinson s disease.有機溶媒に難溶で結晶性の高いプラミペキソール塩酸塩を含有する、安定で経皮吸収性の高い非水系テープ剤を提供することである。 本発明は、脂肪酸系イオン液体と2価アルコール、脂肪酸エステルを組み合わせて使用し、プラミペキソールを溶解させることにより、安定で経皮吸収性の高い非水系テープ剤が作製できた。その結果、従来の含水系パップ剤で問題であった製剤の着色とプラミペキソールの安定性が解決でき、パーキンソン病治療用のプラミペキソールを含有する貼付剤(テープ剤)が提供できるようになった。
