PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine supply device capable of reducing labor and time required for adjusting a distance between a plurality of components of a medicine passage part.SOLUTION: A medicine supply device comprises a medicine supply part body 14 for supplying a medicine and a medicine passage part 15 for guiding the medicine supplied by the medicine supply part body 14 to a packaging material 3 for packaging the medicine. The medicine passage part 15 includes: an inlet part 151 disposed below the medicine supply part body 14, into which the medicine supplied by the medicine supply part body 14 enters from above； an outlet part 152 disposed below the inlet part 151 and above the packaging material 3, through which the medicine supplied by the medicine supply part body 14 exits downward； and a communication part 153 communicating with the inlet part 151 and the outlet part 152. The inlet part 151 and the outlet part 152 are provided separately.
