PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and granular material feeding device which can feed powder and granular materials with accuracy in sowing at regular intervals and can suppress noise caused by a feeding guide scraping against powder and granular materials.SOLUTION: The powder and granular material feeding device has the feeding guide 80 located along the peripheral surface 52s of a feeding rotator 52 to guide powder and granular materials so that the powder and granular materials entering a feeding recess 58 on the upper end side of the feeding rotator 52 are retained in the feeding recess 58 till the feeding recess 58 is moved to the lower end side of the feeding rotator 52 to discharge the powder and granular materials.
