PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gait training tool which can be used by a patient who suffers from a relatively serious symptom.SOLUTION: A gait training tool of the invention comprises: a training tool body (20) and fitting parts (36, 65, 70) to which a medical appliance is fitted. The training tool body (20) comprises: a wagon (30) having a base frame (30a) a pole (40) extending upward from the base frame (30a) and an arm rest part (50) having an elbow rest part (52) and connected to the pole (40).
