The present invention provides a method and a system, which can realize non-invasive bioimaging with relatively low costs by using a near infrared ray. The non-invasive bioimaging method comprises: a first step of irradiating the near infrared ray to a body; a second step of converting the near infrared ray passing through the body into a visible ray by using an upconversion nanoparticle (UCNP); and a third step of receiving the visible ray by using a CMOS image sensor to generate a bioimaging image.본 발명은 근적외선을 생체에 조사하는 제 1 단계; 상기 생체를 통과한 근적외선을 업컨버젼 나노파티클(UCNP)을 이용하여 가시광으로 변환하는 제 2 단계; 및 상기 가시광을 CMOS 이미지 센서를 이용하여 수광하여 생체 이미징 영상을 생성하는 제 3 단계;를 포함하는 비침습 생체 이미징 방법을 제공한다.
