The present invention provides a contact area increasing structure of a smart electromyography sensor, wherein the smart electromyography sensor includes: a sensing unit sensing an electromyogram for the contact area of a user and transmitting an electromyogram signal corresponding to a sensing result to a receiving device； and a battery supplying power to the sensing unit. According to the present invention, the contact area increasing structure of a smart electromyography sensor comprises: an attachment patch having a coupling unit on the center of one surface to be intermittently coupled to a pair of electrode parts, and having an adhesive surface formed on the entire other surface of the attachment patch to be attached to the contact area of the user； a contact unit having an upper surface which is to be in contact with the contact area of the user and has a tilted shape, and a lower surface which has a horizontal shape； and an elastic unit fastened and fixated to a fixation pin of the contact unit to have an outer diameter getting smaller gradually as going downwards.
