PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing apparatus, a medical image processing method, and an X-ray CT apparatus capable of precisely performing fluid analysis of a blood stream.SOLUTION: The medical image processing apparatus according to an embodiment includes an acquisition part, an identification part, and an analysis part. The acquisition part acquires image data including a blood vessel of a subject. The identification part performs analysis related to the blood vessel by using the image data, and identifies a region of interest in the blood vessel on the basis of a result of the analysis related to the blood vessel obtained by the analysis.
