A lot of work is needed for research for forming crystal liquid crystal capsules, which are appealing to consumers in an emulsification or a solubilization emulsion process in an on-line process with the aim of manufacturing a cosmetic composition. The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for manufacturing the crystal liquid crystal capsules appealing to the consumer by utilizing temperature-dependent melting point characteristics of higher fatty alcohol, higher fatty-based and alkyl glyceride-based ingredients in the on-line process for manufacturing cosmetics, and to a manufacturing process thereof. The crystal liquid crystal capsule formulation of the present invention showed that the capsule phase was about 45%, and the capsules can contain lipophilic skin-improvement functional oil components in an amount of about 75 to 95% with respect to the addition amount. In addition, functionality and satisfaction of the formulation were evaluated through human body application tests, and a significant skin improvement effect and consumer satisfaction level of about 86% were also confirmed.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017화장료 조성물을 제조 목적으로 하는 유화 또는 가용화 에멀젼 공정에서 소비자에게 어필되는 차별화된 크리스탈 액정 캡슐을 온라인 공정상에서 형성시키는 연구는 많은 공수를 필요로 한다. 본 발명은 화장료 제조 온라인 공정상에서 고급지방알콜계 및 고급 지방산계 그리고 알킬글리세릴이더계 성분들의 온도 의존 녹는점 특성을 활용하여 소비자에게 어필되는 크리스탈 액정 캡슐을 제조하는 화장료 조성물 및 제조 공정에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 크리스탈 액정 캡슐 제형은 캡슐 상이 약 45% 수준에 준하는 것으로 나타났으며 또한 캡슐내에 친유성 피부 개선 기능성 오일 성분을 첨가량 대비 약 75%에서 많게는 95%까지 함유할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인체적용 시험을 통해서 제형의 기능성 및 만족도를 평가하였고 유의적인 피부 개선 효과 및 약 86% 수준의 소비자 만족도도 확인할 수 있었다.
