PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation technique capable of harvesting a large amount of mushroom in a short period in a smaller space comparing to conventional cultivation technique.SOLUTION: A mushroom cultivation facility 100 is a hut-like building which is built by erecting a plurality of plates 12 made of a foamed synthetic resin material whose both faces are reinforced by a plurality of square timbers 11 to form a peripheral wall part on a ground surface G laid on a weeding sheet 10, and by covering a ceiling part by the plates 12. A cultivation room 90 capable of holding airtightness is provided inside the mushroom cultivation facility 100, and an opening/closing door 14, a plurality of ventilation fans 15, 16 having different fan diameters and a control device 17 which controls atmosphere (temperature, humidity, oxygen concentration and carbon dioxide concentration, etc.) in the cultivation room 90 are arranged on a front wall part of the mushroom cultivation facility 100. Further, a plurality of cultivation selves which carry a mushroom bed, spraying means for humidifying the inside of the cultivation room 90, an electric fan and the like are arranged in the cultivation room 90.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の栽培技術に比べ、小さなスペースで、短期間のうちに、多くのキノコを収穫することができる栽培技術を提供する。【解決手段】キノコ栽培設備100は、地面G上に敷設された除草シート10上に、複数の角材木11で両面が補強された発泡合成樹脂材料製の複数の板材12を立設して周壁部を形成し、天井部を板材12で覆うことによって構築された小屋状の建物である。キノコ栽培設備100内には、気密性を保持可能な栽培室90が設けられ、キノコ栽培設備100の正面壁部には開閉扉14と、ファンの直径が異なる複数の換気扇15,16と、栽培室90内の雰囲気(温度、湿度、酸素濃度及び二酸化炭素濃度など)をコントロールする制御装置17と、が配置されている。また、栽培室90内には、菌床を担持する複数の栽培棚と、栽培室90内を加湿する噴霧手段と、扇風機などが配置されている。【選択図】図1
