PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation pot with which light can be easily emitted to each plant in the case of cultivating different types of plants even in the case of cultivating a plurality of plants with different heights such as the case of starting cultivation at different periods, and a hydroponic device equipped with such a cultivation pot.SOLUTION: A cultivation pot 12 is mountable on a nursery bed 13 disposed on a liquid tank 11 which pools culture solution used for raising plants P, and comprises illustrators 120 such as LEDs which emit light.
