SOLUTION: The transplanter includes: a seedling stand placed in rear of a traveling machine a planting part placed under the seeding stand and functioning to scrape seedlings and plant them in a farm a land leveler 6 placed in front of the planting part and functioning to level the land of the farm a lift-actuating mechanism 33 the adjustment lever 31 for adjusting planting depth an interlocking mechanism 34 functioning to interlock the lift height adjustment of a land leveler 6 with varying height above the ground and the varying lever 27 for varying seedling-scraping levels by varying the distance between the seedling stand and the planting part. In this transplanter, at least part of a planting working machine 4 placed behind the traveling machine is composed by the seedling stand and the planting part, on one of the left and light sides of the planting working machine, the lift-actuating mechanism 33 and the interlocking mechanism 34 are placed, while on the other side, the adjustment lever 31 and the varying lever 27 are placed.
